About Me

My photo
kerrygunnelsblog
I spent almost four decades as a reporter and editor at various Texas newspapers, including 26 years as an editor at The Dallas Morning News. In 1994, I was a member of a DMN team that won the Pulitzer Prize for International Reporting. After falling victim to the collapse of the newspaper industry, I spent a few years in educational communications. But in my heart and soul, I'll always be a newsman. Now retired, my passions include following a certain high school football team in Southlake, Texas, and writing for fun and profit.
